Silverpill was founded in 1998 by: Joe Tal (Lead Guitar), Erez Shalita (Drums), and Ben Solomon (Bass & Vox) as an energetic rock trio with high performance standards.Within a short time, Silverpill managed to catch the attention of audience and press, record their first self debut album, and storm the stages in Israels main Rock clubs. After a busy period of gigs and recordings, the band decided to pursue bigger opportunities in Europe, and therefore, moved its base to The Netherlands in 2003.

After a long period of musical, the bands songs became more metal oriented and another member joined, Magnus Skövdahl (bass guitar), hereby Ben turned to playing rhythm-guitar, enriching the sound and turning the bands performance level some notches higher. Right after putting their new material on tape, Silverpill started touring Holland, Western Europe, and Israel.

After 3 years of road-rage, the band set out to record their latest album, to be released in 2007. Silverpills new album will feature a more deliberate sound metal filtered through grunge and trash influences.
