    La passione per la musica Dark e Gothic ed il fascino esercitato dai maggiori esponenti di questa cultura quali The Cure, Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie and the Banshee, The Mission, Love Like Blood, Lacrimosa, fino ad arrivare agli attuali The 69Eyes, Sentenced, HIM, Ikon, Paradise Lost, ci ha portati alla decisione di creare una band.

    The Stompcrash nascono nell'estate del 2002, grazie ad un incontro avvenuto in un noto locale Dark milanese.

    Dalla scrittura dei testi, incentrati principalmente su storie gotiche, deriva la ricerca musicale degli StompCrash; creata su melodie ed atmosfere che opportunamente valorizzano questo contesto. L'obiettivo è quello di racchiudere nelle nostre canzoni tutte le energie e le emozioni provate da ogni componente del gruppo, sperando di trasmetterne anche solo in parte all'ascoltatore....Stay Dark!!!
