    Born during late 2008 (uncomplete line-up), Down to Ruins was formed with one goal in mind: creating a powerful and dark music force, influenced by bands such as Behemoth, Nile, Dissection, Emperor and Deicide.

    Combining the brutality and ferociousness of Death Metal with the epic and mystic aspects of Black Metal, we aim to crush everything that stands in our way.

    While still being a young band, we achieve a level of intensity comparable to some of the most feared groups. Be prepared, for this is only the beginning! Death and misery shall be spread onto an unsuspecting audience!
