    Formed in the summer of 2005,Awesome Possum began as a band of only 3 members.
    The intention was to have and just play around but soon after they began playng their first shows they noticed people really enjoyed their
    fast uptempo music.They decided to intergrate more members into the band for the sole purpose of making the band sound better.Awesome POssum combines the traditional ska along with other genres such as jazz, funk merengue,punta and cumbia.
