As Sunrise Comes
Die Liebe zum Detail, das bestimmt die Musik von As Sunrise Comes (Körk, Tobi, Julian, Brot und Tim) zweifelsohne.
Zwei perfekt harmonierende Gitarren, unterstützt von rhythmischen Bassläufen und viel-schichtig arrangierten Drumbeats,
bilden das Gerüst einer Soundlandschaft, die erst ge-meinsam mit den eingängigen und teilweise zweistimmigen Gesangsmelodien den für As Sunrise Comes so typischen verspielten Charakter zum Ausdruck bringt.
Jeder neue Song hat sein eigenes Gesicht, da die Band versucht viele verschiedene Stile in die Kompositionen einzubauen. So entstand seit September 2005 ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Set, das dennoch im Gesamten ein Bild dieser Band formen kann, die sich durch Ideenreichtum und Eigenständigkeit auszeichnet.
Die ersten Promoaufnahmen zur EP Between Takeoff & Landing hat die Band im Herbst 2006 in Eigenproduktion erfolgreich abgeschlossen worauf nun eine Reihe von Konzerten in ganz Deutschland geplant ist.

As Sunrise Comes
The music of As Sunrise Comes (Koerk, Tobi, Julian, Brot and Tim) is without a doubt a labour of love for the detail.
Two perfectly harmonising guitars, supported by cadenced bass lines and complexly arranged drum beats establish the framework of sound characteristics. As Sunrise Comes´s typical frisky playful character is then finally expressed by catchy vocals, partly in two voices.
Every new song has its own image, due to the band trying to combine several different styles within their compositions. In September 2005 they developed a diversified set, which thus can create an image of the band that represents their imagination and autonomy.
The first recordings of their self-produced promo-EP Between Takeoff & Landing have been successfully finished in autumn 2006 and the band is now planning to play several gigs all over Germany.
