    Ephnix is a hard-hitting five-man alternative rock band from Elgin, Illinois. Working hard for over five years, the band has evolved into a powerful beast fueled by groaning basslines, wailing guitar riffs, and vehement vocal intelligence. Determined to rise above the common fate of local used-to-be's, Ephnix has concentrated on forging a revolutionary sound that separates them from the diluted swill of mainstream rock radio.
