    À LA UNE
No one really wanted this to happen. After years of turmoil from families, girlfriends, and just plain being stupid, it did happen. It took many different showings of trial and error, but the four beings that are Sin eater finally decided to cut the shit and start making some real music.
The boys from Sin eater were no strangers to working with each other. Starting in the winter of 1999, McCormack, Hatmaker, and Billock formed garage/cover band D.P.W., which needless to say, didn't go far. After parting ways with the front man of D.P.W. in the early spring of 2002, the three survivors decided it was time for Billock to get out from behind the drum set, and behind the microphone. Hence, they started to look for a drummer, someone to give the band a completely new outlook and sound. Balogh, a friend of Billock's, was called and give a chance to try out. An instant connection was made and Emanon was born. The happiness didn't last long however. As many conflicts arose outside of the band, it was decided that short-lived run was over.
After a few different stints with different projects, Billock, McCormack, Hatmaker, and Balogh decided to give it one more shot. In the early summer of 2004, Sin eater was finally here to stay. The band's individuals took their influences from around the spectrum of today's music, and have devised a formula of hard, fast, and melodic rock that you hear today.
