    the members of eight falls all grew up in Olney, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Philadelphia. this is evident in the music, where the varying backgrounds of the members and their multiple influences merge in a cross-cultural mix of authentic urban rock-fusion. poeticly inclined lyrics garnish the melodic riffs in their songs, that at times smell of hints of gospel, latin and hip-hop with even a few drops of punk and reggae leaking out sporadically, but in the end, when all is said and done, it's all just rock. you'll see.
