Mainly influenced by classic sound such as Elvis, Hendrix's Experience, Deep Purple, have in their DNA traces of proto-punk such as New York Dolls, Ramones, Iggie Pop, along with garage and surf sound, Nirvana, Janes Addiction and Pixies.
Strokes and Wolfmother are considered by the Band the best so far revival of the rock spirit in our days.
In less then a year together New Cross Garage have already composed original material fair enough for the debut album produced, hopefully, by Spring 2008, and gigged already on prestigious London stages such as Astoria 2 and Barfly.
In one of the most recent unsigned city battle of bands New cross Garage gained the semi-final as one of the 24 best London unsigned bands, out of more than 2000!!!
Their piece ONE ANOTHER ANOTHER ONE has been 5th of the charts for two weeks in a row on the european online contest Bodogbattle.
