    the Peanut Butter Tins is a young band playing mostly old styles of music like blues and rock and roll. The band started out as "Rock Steady" with an other guitarist. When the summer of 2006 ended guitarists Koert de Roos and Tijn Jongedijk joined the band. with a new setup came a new name THE PEANUT BUTTER TINS. Now that the band has a new name a new setup and a new place to rehearse they have a fresh start and a new chance of making music that actually has some quality (not like most things produced in this time of computerized music). Last Summer The Peanut Butter Tins also competed in Battle Of Schoolbands but didn't win, although they reached the last 12.
