THE BOARD:
Massimo Scialò - Canada
General Resource Director + C.E.O. of Emergenza Festival
Massimo Scialò has been a guitar player, bass player and art director.
From 1983 to 1990 he wrote various sound tracks and studio recordings.
He has co-operated with Karl Potter, Irio de Paula, Roberto Gatto, Tony Armetta and Rodolfo Maltese (Banco del Mutuo Soccorso). In 1996 he wrote, produced and arranged his first album in co-operation with Lucio Fabbri, Enrico Cosma (PFM) and many other famous artists. In 1997 he recorded his second album, arranging and directing the horn section in co-operation with Mike Applebaum and Eric Daniel. He also wrote many soundtracks for the CAM with Ennio Morricone.
From 1990 to 1993 he was a lighting engineer for several Italian and European companies.
Since 1995 he has been the Resource Director for Eurotime Italia. In 2002 he published his first book “I segreti del Rock”. From 2005 He is teacher at the Sapienza University and UPS university in Rome.
Theo Theander - Sweden

Theo Theander started out as a drummer in various local acts such as “Mad Invasion”, “Kal P Dal”, “Eurock” (album EMI), “Bewarp” (album Alpha Japan and 4 videos) and “Midnight Sun” (album Marquee Japan) with tours around Scandinavia and Europe. He also worked as a session drummer in Los Angeles for two years with producers like the famous duo Gene Page and Sterling Radcliff (Barry White, Jackson Five, Lionel Riche ect). Mostly for pre-productions in Burbank studios with artists (Israel Martinez, Rock n Robin (CBS) to name a few. He started working in RoastingHouse in 1990 as a session drummer, (and still doing some drum-parts now and then) and became the owner of the studio in 1993. Up to this date he has recorded and produced over 100 albums with up-coming and very well known artists in different styles for recordcompanies all over the world with great success.
I would like to share the following with you: If you are involved in music, in one way or
onther, there is always a chance to achive great success. To be successful you have to dedicate all your time and efforts to reach your goals; it’s a commitment to the music. Many
people think the music industry is a glamorus and easy money making business But I think

Chuck Plaisance began his professional music career at the age of 13 as guitarist and Lead
vocalist of the Southern Theatrical Rock Group Flyght.
A few years later Chuck formed the Rock group Halifax as Lead Vocalist and Front Man.
Chuck’s singing career landed him in California in 1986 through 2002 where he decided to
pass his gift on to thousands of Musicians from around the world as a Vocal Inst
