I DarkestDream sono una rock-band barese nata nel 2002. La band è sostanzialmente dedita ad un alternative rock velato da atmosfere dark e malinconiche, impreziosito da cantati molto melodici di stampo pseudo-pop. Il sound dei DarkestDream è costituito principalmente da chitarre sporche e dissonanti, a cui si contrappongono riff elettronici di veloce impatto; il tutto amalgamato e guidato dalla potente voce di Claudia D'Incognito. I temi ricorrenti nelle liriche sono la notte, l'oscurità, il ricordo, l'introspezione; tematiche che riportano tutte ad un denominatore comune: il sogno (da cui, DARKESTDREAM).
