EMERGENZA STANDS FOR MUSIC!
Everybody came to our booth
Frankfurt Musikmesse 2004, hall 4.1, booth OY09. You cannot help coming here, it’s impossible not to notice us. There is a huge stand equipped like a stage and a backstage, to reflect Emergenza’s character: on one hand, let unsigned bands play, on the other, make all this happen, moving heaven and earth.
THE STAGE: one MAPEX drumset, SABIAN cymbals, CRATE AND AMPEG amplifiers, ERNIE BALL guitars and basses, TAKAMINE AND OVATION guitars. Our prizes, our backline.
Close to all this, our special guests, who testify that this is not only a simple exhibition: some bands from Frankfurt, our Matthias’s boys. ITCHY POOPZKID, who made 2002 International Final in Taubertal, and now are touring Germany and Austria; and two bands that are doing really good in Karlsruhe, AKA FRONTAGE, former leaders of the Emergenza world ranking, and SLAVE.
The bands carried cds, merchandising, videos, posters, benefiting by this incredible occasion offered by Musikmesse and Emergenza: we bet their fans in Frankfurt are increasing more and more right now!
THE BACKSTAGE: a professional and pleasant parlour, which has welcomed hours and hours of meetings between Emergenza’s and Music Industries’ marketing managers, both the ones who already support us and the ones (increasing day by day!) who would like to! Documents, presentations, reports have been produced and discussed to show how Emergenza events in the world are growing up as far as quantity and quality are concerned.
We are really proud to say that everybody is happy with our numbers and figures: they no doubt mean more gadgets, more instruments, more backline… but more visibility as well.
Of course the big hit is the US season, and our new great goal is Namm’s support: the most prominent music industry organization in the world.
THE WALLS: four big panels with dates and maps to show the origin, the growth, the success and the future of Emergenza Festival. Moreover, lots of wonderful pictures of the people who make all this possible: our fantastic musicians on stage.
TWO MORE STAGES: the MIPA one, which hosted the short but intense and appreciated performance by our acoustic guitarist Luca Casagrande, who opened Joe Satriani’s clinic.
The Agora one, which hosted the amazing show performed by the Spanish band LA SUITE MOSQUITO.
We wish to thank the Musikmesse, which made all this possible and keeps supporting us, and all the people who came and visited us (especially the ones who got the free tickets!), or who just casted a glance. See you next year, or in one of the 380 Emergenza concerts yet to come by August worldwide…
