The Emergenza Festival and its new partner, TAKAMINE/OVATION GUITARS, are proud to present a very special showcase event! Four bands were chosen by the staff of Emergenza to participate in an acoustic show on Thursday, June 12th at L’Alizé. Each will offer us a very special ‘unplugged’ version of their always electrifying songs! It will be YOU, the audience, who will chose your favourite band, which will be awarded a TAKAMINE acoustic guitar valued at more than 1700$! A panel of jury will then chose one big winner, who will get the amazing chance to travel to FRANCE to play at the Emergenza International Acoustic Final in Paris this December! The four bands to take part in the Acoustic Showcase are: 21:00 LEAP (pop rock) 21:45 BUILDINGS (alternative rock) 22:30 Q-D’SAC (French alternative) 23:15 NOAM (alternative) Don’t miss out! If you played in the Festival in Montreal this season, keep an eye out on your mailbox: 2 V.I.P. tickets were sent to you so you and a guest can attend this very unique event on June 12th. The free tickets are our way to say Thank you for taking part in the Festival this year, but it’s mostly to get together one last time and warm up for the Montreal Final(Those under 18 who wish to attend the Acoustic Final should be accompanied by an adult).
