There is more than music under the sun of Rothenburg!
Interviews with the bands whom participate in the European final 2002
It is Sunday July 21st, twilight zone. We walk away from the main stage. This is the place were Munshy and Kerosin, winner and second best of the festival, played for the last time in Rothenburg. After the tension of the past days all musicians and staff are relaxing now. Some lying down on the grass in front of the youth hostel, other still active running around with adrenalin in their bodies. You see people looking, avoiding, hugging, chatting and greeting each other. Tomorrow the majority of the contestants will forever go their own way. The staff will enjoy melancholy the quietness and peace of the “post” final.
But what were the highlights of the festival for the bands? How are the experiences of the 7 months of the festival? What were the highlights and rock bottom of this musical experience worthwhile to be mentioned? What is the impact of this adventure in the lives of the musicians?
We call on the principal persons, the chosen whom have reached their goal, whom had the ambition, hope and enthusiasm to plunge in an adventure that carries the name Emergenza.

Define in a few words the highlights and the rock bottom of this experience with Emergenza: highlight is to play our repetoire today. We have a gospelmessage to bring and we hope that our songs will reach the people in their hearts. Rock bottum point was the queue when we came here by car.
In what way has Emergenza impact on your social life: we got invitations for lots of other gigs. We get known. We are very happy about this because we want to spread a special message.
What advice will you give to young, ambitious, starting bands: Follow your heart, go on in the music and keep searching after the meaning of life. Above all: beware of the unity in your band.

Mention your ultimate Emergenza feeling: It´s a beautiful experience, a great feeling that all those bands are together playing music and enjoying eachother.
Describe the Taubertal feeling: Great, amazing, warm experience.
Define in a few words the highlights and the rock bottom of this experience with Emergenza: The highligth was winning the final in Milaan. We have no complaints of bad experiences.
In what way has Emergenza impact on your social life: Emergenza makes us proud on ourselfs and it enlighten our lives with more selfesteem.
What advice will you give to young, ambitious, starting bands: It is very important to be wel prepared and to have everything under control. Have good rehearsels.

Mention your ultimate Emergenza feeling: It is a great chance for small bands to become famous. We enjoy it very much to be here andwe experience the festival as a big party.
Describe the Taubertal feeling: harmony and history at the same time.
Define in a few words the highlights and the rock bottom of this experience with Emergenza: Highlight was the final in Hamburg. That was marvelous. Not many people came to listen to our band but still we won. It´s a pitty that in the preliminary round the adjudication was not always clear.
In what way has Emergenza impact on your social life: Our English has improved because we met a lot of foreigners. It is great to make so many new friends from everywhere.
What advice will you give to young, ambitious, starting bands: Never stop, be bold and strong and keep your eyes fixed on your goals.

Mention your ultimate Emergenza feeling: We cannot describe our feeling. It is unbelievable that we are playing here at the Taubertal Festival. Without Emergenza it would never happen.
Describe the Taubertal feeling: It´s great to meet people from other countries with the same interest. The music binds us together.
