The first 3 gigs of of the London leg have just finished and we are already looking forward to seeing the next batch of bands at the garage in mid January. In late November, east London, and precisely in Dalston, saw some incredibly eclectic bands. We''ve had everything from pop to country to soul….mix all that up and add a good dose of rock and roll and the dish is served! Great musicianship, energy and really good tunes were the winning elements that made the first 2 gigs really, really enjoyable. Two weeks later, and we went from east London to Highbury corner. Upstairs at the Garage was the setting for the new set of gigs. An incredible venue with a great sound with old friends running a newly decorated and decked out place. 2011 is done and what we can remember is over 20 bands over 3 nights giving us some of the best shows we saw in ages. This is only the beginning. In mid january we''v got more rock and roll and more stage antics for you……rock on 2012!
