the samurais take their influences from different places in eastern-canada (oakville-montreal-quebec city) and japan (osaka).

the band was originally founded by Mike,Phil and Toku in the spring of 2004. a couple of months later, during fall, Olivier (singer/guitarist of a suburb romance) joined the band. The musical influences are; coheed and cambria, envy, thursday, etc...
