SUOSITUIMMAT TARINAT
Having graced stages all over the country as a burlesque performer and actress, Brodie-Ann augments every live performance with glamorous costumes and extroverted antics. Guitarist Glen Gattenhof dresses to kill and delivers hook after hook, while the rhythm section of Ash Town and Zac Gould expertly blend the bluntness of industrial rock, the moodiness of trip-hop and the rhythmic urgency of electronica.
Following a recent 1 single and EP on Australian Internet Radio, Felinedown are bracing themselves for a massive year. The band has responded to their rapidly expanding fanbase by cramming in a stack of dates around southeast Queensland over the next few months and planning an east coast run to the southern states later in the year.
Felinedown’s self-titled debut EP is as layered and complex as it is immediate and catchy. Standout single Magazine Dream packs plenty of sexy swagger and has received high rotation by local airwave warriors 4ZzZ. Still riding high on the success of their debut, the band has begun writing their first full-length album with an anticipated release in early 2010. Gripping new track Push is an enticing teaser of the sounds that can be expected on the new release.
