Mucky Pub -virallinen sivu, genre: Rock Progressive

The bandmembers from "Mucky Pub" were all born in Vienna/Austria. Since the foundation in 2001 it was clear, that the musical style has to be an easy-listening but still rock/progressive touched sound. It was also clear that all members should be vocal-trained musicians, who play their intruments as well as they sing background vocals and choirs. We do not think that our sound is equal to any other band, but we like to hear to such great bands as "Pink Floyd", "Rush", "Led Zeppelin", "Simon and Garfunkel", "CSN&Y", etc.

Die Bandmitglieder der Band "Mucky Pub" kamen allesamt in Wien zur Welt. Seit der Gründung 2001 war es klar, daß man einen leicht zugänglichen, aber trotzdem mit Progressiv-Elementen versehenen Rock-Sound erschaffen will. Jeder, der in dieser Band mitspielt und vielleicht auch noch hinzukommt muß sich darüber im Klaren sein, daß er sowohl sein Instrument, als auch seine Stimme für Background-Vocals und Chöre beherrschen muß. Wir wollen uns zwar musikalisch mit keiner Band vergleichen, hören aber Musik von den ganz Großen, als da wären "Pink Floyd", "Rush", "Led Zeppelin", "Simon and Garfunkel", "CSN&Y", etc.
