Scrap Metal is a 3 piece hard rockin' band of brothers who have been playing music together for 7 years. Brought up on a strict diet of classic rock and blues, Scrap Metal then moved on to metal and punk and finally to a space where they could draw together all their influences and create their own original songs. These songs, combined with great covers of artists like Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest, make for one helluva dynamic show. Scrap Metal has one cd of favourite covers released in May 2004, has appeared on television in fall 2004 and is currently in the preliminary stages leading to a new cd of original material. This musical experience and background plus the jazz chops of drummer Liam and bassist Michael, who are both music students, and the inspired guitar playing and vocals of frontman Jesse, result in a unique sound that will rock you to your core.
