Restructured in early 2003, SHB now boasts Bill Galey & Eric Wolff on guitars. The two share lead and rhythm parts, creating a unique live presentation. Thom Lemke, now on bass, locks into the groove, while adding an element of reckless abandon to the show. Yek and Hollister remain from the previous lineup, demonstrating their ability to somehow solidify a work in progress. The tenacity and dedication of Hollister correlate well with the new material, which reflects the deeper,more serious side to her orientation as a musician, seeming to help her find the confidence to address details of very personal experience. With SHB now in Mach V, the songwriting and direction is unlike that of any before. The collaborative strength and vision of Mach V results in a unique and enticing musical endeavor.
