The band Vendetta rises up from the still smouldering ashes that were left behind by former bands, Blaim and Adrenalin. Blaim a band which is regional known as a solid, good quality band with a high entertainment value has taken in a new singer within their ranks in the period of September 2005. After departing with the former female singer and the reigning style the band made a new start. This time combining tasteful, quality rock music with adapted funk and an all out enjoyable experience.
The former experiences of all musicians and their gig past provides a close cooperation and a chemistry which is fully used and additional during the song writing and performing.
After a rollercoaster of gigs last-minute rehearsals and all out frantic rocking Vendetta came to a stop during the half of 2006. Much had happened in and for the band. In July 2006 Bas Heres (guitarist) decided to call it quits due to personal and musical differences. During Bas’s absence the band had already started moving into a new direction of music. When Bas cut the cord, the band wished him all the best in future musical ventures and continued moving on the path they took.
Now that the band was a funky foursome they had finally found the music they were born to make. Fully armed with songs as “Around the funk”, “Sane” and “Spinning around” the band is working hard on new songs every freaking minute of there existence. The next gig they will play will be in the city of Tilburg were the new, improved fully funkyfied and fearsome foursome will blow your pantys of your girlfriends and have bumping ugly’s at the end of the night!!!
