Settled upon as Blackest Eye (formerly MANBEARPIG), this Richmond, Virginia based quartet strives to push the envelope of progressive rock music with free flowing melodic jams that creep up and punch you right in the mind. They are currently at the writing table working towards recording their first EP, which will begin after a short stint of shows on the East Coast of the US in early 2007. The main idea is to develope and cater their studio sound to the live element and have a blast while doing it.
