n October 2004 Hanno Heilbronner, his Brother Simon, Kai Ratzel and Martin Ebner founded the band "Suffer In Silence". About six months after the first jam session they made their first appearance on a local stage. In order to release the first demo tape they returned again to their band rehearsal room for another half year.
At the beginning of May 2006 the CD "Sessions for Mannheim" was released including six own-made songs. The compositions were penned by Kai and Hanno. Then numerous performances followed where SiS represented their music and earned consistently positive response.
The greatest achievement was the award by audience participation at the
"1. Stuttgarter Straßenmusikfestival" (1st busk-festival of Stuttgart) in July 2006.
In August 2006 Simon Heilbronner left the band in order to study one semester in Sweden. The 26 year old drummer Simon Herrmann lined up. He already gained experience in other bands and fitted perfectly into the band.
