That's how Invago magic started...a mix of styles and cultures, blending to achieve emotional music with universal themes. Since then in fact, the band created a succession of songs with a pop/rock/latin feel that captivated audiences everywhere they played at, helping the band find instantly many fans (practically selling out at most of their gigs) and receive excellent feedback from people in the media and music industry.
The trio performed with a computer generated/sequenced rhythm section until August 2005, when, in order to bring the band to another level, they were joined by two talented musicians, Koyu (bass) and Paul (drums). So the band became even more diverse and multicultural: its members in fact, have 5 different nationalities and come from 3 different continents, proving that music is universal, has no barriers and has the power to unite people.
In june 2007 Sasha replaced Paul on drums.
Apart from its many performances in various clubs and cafes around Tokyo, Invago in its first 2 years has already performed at many big venues/events like the ASIAID Red Cross Concert, the Ikegami-Honmonji Temple Music Festival, the Italian Chamber of Commerce, the Italian Cultural Institute, the French Cultural Institute, Caretta Shiodome, the KatrinAid charity concert, the Amnesty International charity concert, and the Tokyo Rock Festival. The band has released its first self-titled CD "Invago" in early 2007 through japanese indie label Suzuki Records and is planning a 2008 european tour.
