Joint Ride derives from the documentary "Aileen Wuornos: The Selling of Serial Killer", where film-maker Nick Broomfield describes his ride with Ms. Wuornos' lawyer on the way to give her legal advice. 7 Joint Ride best represents the psycehdelic sonic power of the band, as well as understandings that the world is consisted of emotions and ideologies far greater then that of love and death. The band came together in Scarborough through the great passion for all music that they shared during the highschool years in band class. David Cadiente and Keith Mustachi started the band as friends who found a common interest in rock and metal under the shadow of the mainstream rap and dance phenomenon. They soon came upon Charles Collymore and Julien Bigras, who not only replaced open slots in the band but innovated upon them and made it their own. Together with influences stemming from classical to jazz to rock to metal; they hope to continue their 7 Joint Ride.
