This is Seven Car Pile-Up from around Kassel, a hard to define 4-piece combo that combines alternative rock, ambient sounds, progressive elements, classic rock roots and "off-the-wall"-parts in an unique and fascinating way.

Roberts outstanding and unheard voice fits perfectly to the progressive jazz-influenced basslines and fiddling drums of the rhythmgroup, which in turn steps out of their role to play lead melodies or take the spotlight in intense instrumental journeys. The guitar playing is very subtle and fragile, interacts with bass and vocals perfectly but is never the penisenlargement of "everyday-rock-guitarists".
