Tim took time off from Ideamen in late 2006 to tour w/ Baltimore's "Dog Fashion Disco", until their official break up. He then returned home and Ideamen picked up where it left off.
In March of 2007 Ideamen released a self-produced 5 song EP entitled "Progress"! It immediately created a world wide buzz w/ the help of friends and other established acts and their fans - with copies being sold all over the USA & in countries all over the world including Italy, France, Germany, Canada, Finland, Australia, the UK, and New Zeland!
In late September through December 2007, Ideamen found themselves performing all over the Midwest w/ national artists such as Tub Ring, Polkadot Cadaver, Screaming Mechanical Brain & other emerging acts - at legendary venues such as Chicago's "Double Door", "The Garage" in Minnesota & "Peabody's" in Cleveland.
Now in 2008, Ideamen is steadily growing a very loyal & supportive fan base of it's own. The band is currently preparing to record a new full length album, while tapping into new markets such as Emergenza and other notable festivals.
The progress continues as Ideamen can't help but make more music... stay tuned.
