PREMIOS Y JURADO



Para más de un centenar de músicos, Rothemburg es sinónimo de un sueño. Todas las bandas que participan en la final internacional del festival Emergenza ya saben que una gran actuación en este festival no sólo les va a permitir abrir una puerta hacia Estados Unidos (para más información al respecto, podéis leer el artículo sobre MUNSHY y el Van Warped Tour), sino que les va a suponer mucho más… Lo primero de todo es que actuar en un festival como el Taubertal Open Air Festival no es cualquier cosa. Ya que permite a las bandas actuar ante una audiencia de más de 27.000 personas, pero no sólo eso, ya que además concede a las bandas la posibilidad de ser observados por representantes de las compañías discográficas más importantes, que no suelen perderse un evento como el que nos ocupa. ¿Quién no ha soñado alguna vez con tocar delante de tan numerosísimo y apasionado público como el que se dará cita en el Taubertal Open Air Festival?. Y lo más importante: ¿Qué grupo emergente no ha soñado nunca con celebrar un contrato con una gran multinacional?. A este respecto nos gustaría recordaros que SINCERE, segundo clasificado en la final internacional del festival Emergenza en su edición 2002, publicó el pasado Marzo su primer trabajo discográfico con SONY Alemania. Y todo gracias al escaparate que supone esta final. But that’s not all. There is more to be given out to participating bands by two juries: - The Board and - The Technical Jury The Technical Jury The Technical Jury is composed by all persons who knows very well the music scene, work in different fields of the music scenario and are able to appreciate the capacity of each musicians, their role in the band, their arrangement, their presence on stage, etc. There are many prizes to be given to the best musicians chosen by the Technical Jury: - A customised Music Man Axis sport guitar to the best guitar player - A customised Music Man Sterling bass to the best bass player - An Ampeg BA115 combo Amp to the other best bass player - A complete Mapex Top Deep Forest professional drumset to the best drummer - A complete Sabian Cymbal set to the 2nd and the 3rd best drummers - A professional wireless Sennheiser microphone System to the best singer - A professional complete Sennheiser wireless system for guitars and basses to the best performing band (best live show) - A Crate guitar amp including midi remote foot control to the band doing the best live arrangements (Crate Award) - A Crate guitar amp including midi remote foot control to the 1st mentioned guitar player - An OLP (Music Man) guitar to the 2nd and the 3rd mentioned guitar players Each member of the Technical jury will do the classifications of the best 4 musicians for each single instrument played, and the 2 other classifications of the best 4 bands who can win the Crate Award (best live arrangements) and the best live show. Each member of the Technical jury will assign the points as follows: - 10 points to the 1st musician or band - 7 points to the 2nd musician or band - 5 points to the 3rd musician or band - 2 points to the 4th musician or band The members of the Technical Jury are: David Morell Torrijo (Spain), Aaron Dey (USA), Jurgen Klier (Germany), Patrick Schuleit (USA), Dave LaRue (USA), Dj Ashba (USA), Carola Grey (Germany), Marco Caciagli (Italy), Uwe Ruppel (Germany), Wolfgang Lücke (Germany) and Julien Delpy (France). The President of the Technical jury is Mr. Jurgen Klier. The Secretary of the Technical jury is Mr. Julien Delpy. You may find all the detailed results on the Website, when the Award Ceremony will take place.
