It was while getting crushed under several hard-cases in the back of a Nissan Micra that our decision to form a metal band was solidified. Originally formed in 2005 by guitarist Edward Amos and drummer Damjan Stefanovi&#263;, This Addiction has seen several members come and go, along the way recruiting guitarist Jordan Phillips and singer Matthew Buxton. We reached the final line-up in the summer of 2009 with the addition of bassist Richard Lawry-Johns.

Since 2006 we have been playing shows in our local area and have since played venues across London such as the Underworld and Purple Turtle in Camden, and several venues in Croydon and Gravesend.
