From Pop/Rock to jazzy Hip Hop and World Music, Imelda & Clyde is a unique and charismatic duo from Lausanne, Switzerland.
Their very special style is a true and authentic reflection of their two creative personalities and rich artistic backgrounds. With Imelda on the keys, Clyde on the drums and both of them joining on the vocals and composition, they created their own musical world, combining their ethnic roots with their more modern influences.
In less than a year, the duo went from small stages to one of the most prestigious international festivals, Montreux Jazz Festival, both of them setting fire on its biggest stage Auditorium Stravinski in front of thousands of people.
Now also performing with their full band, Imelda & Clyde released their first EP Not Alone in April 2018, recorded at Metropolis Studios in London. With now a second project on its way, the two young artists never cease to surprise their audience as their passionate creativity continues to grow.

A PROPOS :
De la Pop/Rock à l'Ethno-Jazz en passant par la Soul et le Hip Hop, Imelda & Clyde est un jeune duo atypique avec un style qui leur est propre.
Avec Imelda au clavier, Clyde à la batterie et les deux se rejoignant au chant, leur univers musical riche et varié reflète leurs deux fortes personnalités et leur créativité sans limite.
Le duo se réunit pour la première fois en Mai 2016 à Lausanne. S’enchaînent alors émissions radio, télévision, et concerts. Au fil du temps, le duo s’affirme et propose des compositions de plus en plus originales et innovantes.
Le charme opère: un an seulement après leur début, ils se voient invités au célèbre Montreux Jazz Festival sur la prestigieuse scène de l’Auditorium Stravinski, suivis de Lianne La Havas et The Roots.
Le duo sort son premier EP acoustique "Not Alone" en Avril 2018, enregistré à Londres chez Metropolis Studios, et prépare déjà la sortie d'un second projet qui s'annonce encore plus ambitieux que le premier.
