Charla hales from the small, West Texas town of Farwell. She moved to Nashville a little over 6 years ago, like a lot of people, to be the next big country star. She was an American Idol Finalist in Season 2 and is in the process of completing her album, which will be released sometime this year. Currently you can see her as the host of CMT's "Wide Open Country" featured on CMT's broadband channel "Loaded' as well as the host of CMT's new television show "Karaoke Dokey", which airs on Fridays at 8:30pm (Central Time). In the past year Charla and her band have opened for big name acts such as: Jack Ingram, Joe Nicoles, Emerson Drive and Jason Aldean! Charla brings beauty and talent to the stage and captivates every audience she performs in front of. If you have not heard of Charla yet...rest assured, because when you do you won't soon forget!
