    Lyrical Assault was formed originally of the 3 Mcs: R-tikk, Charley Brown and Nick Lucas along with their awesome Dj Passan. Being long time friends, it was at the end of high school that they got together and started to do music. They first got on stage in 2001 for an outdoor venue. The 4 guys have always been looking for serious musician that would share their passion for music and hip-hop. About a year and a half ago, in summer 2006, they met the talented gospel singer Alisa Charles. She quickly became part of the group making an appearance in their first music video: If you could see, which was aired on Musique Plus and many websites. It was only 6 years later, in september 2007, that they finally found the magic touch:

    With the addition of M.A.D.D. (drums), a high school friend. M.A.D.D. and R-tikk already had a musical past together. They had gone to France and Belgium to perform.

    J-fresh, on the bass, another friend of R-tikk. They had been talking for a while about doing something together already. J-fresh has a good musical past performing with Jonas in Afghanistan in 2006.

    Alexis Arbour, a local, very talented guitarist joined the band after a phone call from Charley Brown.

    Arisa Safu, on the saxophone. She is originally from Japan and had already performed with a great local band called Super Goooooood. She met R-tikk at the University while he was Djing for a popular local Bar.

    Lyrical Assault have now performed for over 200 events, from parties, graduation, contests, shows and charity organizations! They were already dangerous on stage being only 4. Now that they are 9, it is simply amazing to see the chemistry and coordination they have. They come on stage, and on your stereo, with a fresh and funky look for your eyes and ears pleasure! Being so versatile has made them popular towards teenagers as well as the older baby-boom generation.
