Jill from Iowa moved to Berlin to dance in a tanz theatre company. She was used to punk tap dancing and jumping around naked with stuffed teddies but still wanted to rock even more. She met Claus, a composer, wannabe dancer, and fellow rocker. They began writing songs together and, encouraged by how fun and easy it was writing together, asked Franz and Willi to join. The songs shot to another galaxy and they realized they had a real band, a real Diamond, so to say.
