    TOP STORIES
What do four friends draw on for inspiration after years of making music in separate projects, to ultimately come together for the pure passion of friendship and song writing? “We draw on instinct, and emotions that allows us to write songs that touch our hearts.” This was the answer for the four members of littleSUNDAY. The new CD, “Day of Hollow” is a collection of eleven songs with a very consistent quality, but varied sound. The diverse styles and flavours that are engraved in the album can be traced to a variety of things: an absolute encyclopaedia of musical tastes, conscious influences and months of creative writing and recording in the studio. The result is an appetizing stew of emotions and guitar riffs that delight the palettes of an extensive audience. “Day Of Hollow” is brimming with the vibrant dynamics that the group possesses, but with an underlying urgency of four talented musicians discovering the inspirational drive that brought them together in the first place.

Like a sonic boom, littleSUNDAY burst into the music scene in the summer of 2002. Their music had already received sweltering success on the internet, winning “Best New Unsigned Rock Band” in June 2002 Global Unsigned War, and finishing Top 5 as one of “Canada’s Best Online Indie Band.” Their burning desire to promote their music on the web heated up as online radio stations from around the globe such as, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, began sending waves of requests for the sound of littleSUNDAY.
