Metal band based in Copenhagen, DK. Fast, brutal and full of fucking hate.

The band consists of Mattias Tulestedt on drums, Jasper Fabricius on Guitar and Jonatan Jarvel on bass and vocals. Jasper and Jonatan started playing around with riffs december of 2017, two months later came Mattias, Jonatans Brother, home from his travels and joined the band. Since then they have been practicing, in a tiny studio in Copenhagen.

Debut EP ‘Bring Your Own Knife’ recorded and mixed by Lasse Ballade at Ballade Studios.

1) You have participated in the Emergenza Festival Edition 2018/2019. What made you decide to take part in it?

We just started playing together as a band, and was having a hard time finding gigs. Then we saw an add for Emergenza that said you were got to play at least once, so we signed up.

2) As you approach the world final, what is your state of mind?

Off course we are a bit nervous, but we are also fucking ready to get out on that stage and kick some fucking ass

3) What is your best memory from your Emergenza experience?

Playing pumpehuset in Copenhagen, that’s just a childhood dream that came true.

4) What's behind your band's name? Any specific meaning?

The band name says a lot about the time we live in. Who are we and who do we want to be? Everybody’s trying to fit in.

5) Can you tell us a funny story or anecdote about your experience on stage? And one which happened in backstage or during the preparation of a show?

That’s a hard question… We have a lot of fun backstage and on stage, but the one that pops out right now is probably when we played at pumpehuset. We were more nervous than we have ever been before and just decided to says fuck it, let’s play the hardest show of our life. That was bar far our best performance so far. Thats also our motto for every live show. “Let’s play the best show we’ve ever played”

6) How would you describe your music ?

It’s trash and grunge inspired heavy-metal. It’s fast, brutal and full of hate.

7) What are your short to medium term plans after the Emergenza's world final?

To play as many live shows as we can and hopefully live off the music someday.
