Instrumental surf & roll trio, Android Beach Party, was founded by Canadian boy Chickenlips with the help of locals Rei and Naoki. Inspired by video game music, ƒP[ƒ^ƒC ring tones, television commercials and theme songs, film scores, modern surf bands, and grunge, they serve up tasty instrumental surf with a grungy twist. CDs are available - 32 tracks for 1000. Their next appearance will be at Club Heavy Sick, Hatagaya, on Halloween night. Remember, if jazz, dance, classical and orchestral music doesn't need a singer - why should rock?
