NoM (Nuisance of Majority) ist seit über 10 Jahren in und um Schleswig-Holstein für ihre energiegeladenen und schweißtreibenden Livekonzerte bekannt. Wer sich bei NoM (Nuisance of Majority) nicht sicher ist, ob man es mit Hardcore oder Stoner-Punk zu tun hat, wird auch hier keine Antwort dazu finden. Reinhören hilft. Wichtige Einflüsse sind weit gefächert und reichen von Refused über Kyuss bis hin zu den Misfits. In den Songtexten geht es oftmals um Selbstbestimmung, Systemkritik und Antirassismus. NoM besteht seit 2005 in der aktuellen Besetzung und hat bereits 2 Alben über das kleine Label BobbleCapRecords veröffentlicht. Momentan laufen die Arbeiten zum Nachfolgealbum "Brains, Monkeys and the New World Order" (DIY, geplante VÖ Mitte 2012). Dass die 5 Norddeutschen eine gewisse Affinität zu Affen teilen, ist im Übrigen reiner Zufall.
NoM (Nuisance of Majority) are a self-destructive 5 headed combo from northern Germany. Since more than 10 years - including some lineup changes - they create their own way of aggressive electric guitar music. The sound can be best described as some kind of HARDCORE with elements of STONER, PUNK and DOOM. It's all about playing live and NoM loves playing energetic shows directly into your face. It's no political band but against fascism, rascism and discrimination. Both the actual album "Three Words for Blood" and the first output "Rodeo in Stereo" are released at Bobblecap Records. Currently NoM is working on their follow up (DIY) to be released in 2012.
