We’re a four headed band:

Bassist Ben Dewyn
Drummer David Courtens

2/ D'où vient votre nom de scène
The band was originated by our drummer and former bass player and carried the name ‘The Highway’. When they were searching a new frontman and 2nd guitarist they renamed it to Highway Jack because it just sounded better.
Later on we used the alien from our debut EP artwork and called him Jack…
Not much more is to say about that really ;-)

3/ Votre première scène a été?
We had our first gig in 2009 in our local small village

4/Quel est votre public rêvé ?
Tour the world, play shows for at least 1000 people, and recording/writing new songs in between. That would be pretty much be THE dream live we can imagine.

- une boisson: Whisky ➔ The process to the ultimate best taste last long, but is worth the waiting!
- un animal: Ant ⇒ Beceause they’re hard workers each day. That’s what we do and have to do to get our songs into the best shape, to get new fans, to tune our own skills. And all of that beside the busy job we all already have. And they like sugar
- une devise : A blender, because of the fact that we play cross-over music
-la femme idéal: The 4 of us did not agree on this one
-l'homme idéal: Jani Kazaltzis
-un aliment: A Thai Curry ⇒ Something you don’t eat everyday, is very pithy and has an enormous variety of tastes. Once eaten a thai curry, you want more.


8/ Une petite anecdote à nous raconter sur votre groupe?
At our second gig our singer accidentally mentioned the band name of his previous band instead of Highway jack

9/ A l'approche de la finale, dans quel état d'esprit êtes vous?
I guess we’re all very relaxed about this final.
We’ve shown that we have a lot of fans and that we have a good vibe on stage too.
Standing in this final is only because of our fans. So we thank them so much!

Playing on sunday is a bit harder, but we managed to bring a good amount of fans again with us,
So it’s up to us to bring a good show and see what comes…

We know we still have a lot of work ahead, but we also know that we’ve worked hard to stand where we are now, so that’s why we’re very comfortable standing in this final just doing our thing.

Write new songs, optimize our live set, recording a record and a music video.
