    Ellis Ashbrook is an uncommon breed of band. They bring an eager and experimental mood to the hard rock genre. Mixing the artistic quirkiness of Talking Heads with the rhythmic density of Tool, they produce a unique sound that reaches out to both music enthusiasts as well as the more casual listener. In addition to holding it down with their deep solid groove, the band careens in and out of progressive mayhem without unintentionally skipping a beat. They blend loads of diverse original material that has two things in common: fresh musical ideas, and lyrics that are worth thinking twice about.
