    Celtic Shenanigans From The Shambolics

This Celtic punk trio from Adelaide sets the perfect mood for belting out lyrics and tossing back a frothy beer

The Irish drinkin’ spirit runs thick in Celtic punk inspired trio Shambolics. They mash up banjo, acoustic guitar and accordion for just the right balance to come up with songs that range from pogo-dancing-punk-anthem-chorus-singin’ rockers like “Pogue Mahone”, to softer, up stroke-Clash-inspired ballads like “Only You”. Their lyrics are full of irony and humor and are perfect for belting out while splashing down a giant mug of frothy beer. Don’t miss your chance to see this high-energy Celtic trio this Wednesday, October 29th at The Gov in Adelaide when they go up against a whole slew of local bands in round one of Emergenza Festival Australia.
