It’s been one of the most beautiful festival of the past few years. Sun and fresh air all the time. After 3 days of drinking and partying we have finally come to an end for another season. Nothing could stop us from enjoying the rock and roll lifestyle!

Band number 6 e number 5 were ART IN CRIME (GERMANY) and MAGGIE PETKOVIC (NORWAY). Band number 4 is not exactly a band but a marvelous duo...TAYLOR BEADLE-WILLIAMS from AUSTRALIA. Number 3 were PANACHE (FRANCE). A great effort from both these acts that gave their hearts and souls with their performances. The best drummer was the one from TAM TEPLO and he gets a set of Zultan Dark Matter Cymbal Set. The best bass player was the guy from VEIRA (POLAND) and he gets a MARKBASS Little Mark 250 Black Line Head. The best guitar player gets a beautifully made Gibson Les Paul Faded 2018 WB guitar and it goes to the guy from I REVOLT (FINLAND). The best singer was TAYLOR BEADLE-WILLIAMS. She gets a Sennheiser E945 microphone! Now we get closer to the top. Second place went to COAST DOWN from GERMANY, they win a Steinberg Cubase professional recording software.

Aaaand….the TOP SPOT went to...(take a deep breath) MELANCHOLIA!!! ITALY finest export in this year competition! MELANCHOLIA win an European Promotional Tour! They walked away with the top price and were crowned world champions.
Their performance was unbelievable!!!

Ok, we wanted to let you know that ALL the bands were absolutely brilliant! These guys from MELANCHOLIA, still shocked from the announcement, rushed to the main stage, which is almost as big as the town of Rothenburg itself! These guys had 3 entire days of fame. It has been a mad weekend for this young band…

They made people go nuts under the sunny sky. Mission accomplished, once again!

The jury, which included some of the most important names in the european music scene, did a superb job and we thank them for giving us their time.
