    TOP STORIES
All five members of the Post-Punk group "Johnny Not Sorry" originate from the same high school in rural Sale, Victoria. And curiously, it wasn't until they all moved approximately 200km away to Melbourne, after graduation, that they came together as a band.

The idea of a band was initiated by vocalist and lead guitarist - Shaun Farrell and Brett Wade - early in 2006 as merely a novelty; likening themselves to their idols. It wasn't until the first few weeks of the following year, amidst the recuperation from relocation, that things really started to take off. With the addition of their close friend Tom Teese on rhythm guitar, and Luke Wilson on bass, the band was almost complete.

Finally, Brett's former band mate Dale completed the ensemble by becoming their drummer, and there we have it: an actuality. We're a fucking band.

Early recordings - all made independently with amateur equipment - have been made under numerous names; The Hysteria, The Departed, Kids With Chemicals, as the band fumbled for an identity. Finally coming to rest upon its present incarnation: "Johnny Not Sorry".

The band is currently in the process of releasing their debut EP, 'There Goes The Neighbourhood'. It's current release date is unknown.
