Jon “Pierre” Gee and Kat Webb founding members of this band called AvantRock a musical blend of funky rock n’ soul, a mix of blues and hard driving Latin-funk have been performing together 15 years. Jon a singing and performing entertainment veteran has performed and shared the stage with the biggest musical legends of soul, rock and R&b. Kat’s a 20-year musical veteran. Though Rock is the force that drives this music, Jon’s vocal and music forte has always been gospel, R&B, classic jazz, rock n’ roll, blues n’ soul, funk and the seamless vocal blend of these styles of music. As in his Single release “Don’t Bring Me Down” featuring the legendary Rock drummer Aynsley Dunbar (Frank Zappa, Journey, Whitesnake) AvantRock’s seven members have been performing together for 2 years, but some members have known and worked with Jon musically over 20 years. AvantRock is musically explosive band on stage. Dangerously exciting and inspiring.
