À LA UNE
Eloa Vadaath's music can be seen as a restless mixture of many genres, which ascendent may be found in black/thrash metal. However, as through a prism, this soul is rerouted towards prog, dark, death metal... employing at the same time colours from acoustic music, epic, symphonic, opera and atmosphere. The endless pursuit is to gain a syncretistic creativity, transcending the limitations, styles and precepts of single genres and following as rule inspiration only.
The band was originally formed by the two founders, Riccardo Paltanin (playing in the demo: Keyboards, 5-strings electric and classic violin, bass, backing vocals) and Marco Paltanin (playing in the demo: 7-strings Guitar, bass, backing and lead vocals); they both attended the Conservatorio and graduated, respectively in violin and classical guitar.
Recently Giovanni Gioachin decided to join the project, becoming the new singer. So did the guitarist Edy Buoso, the bass player Nicolò Cavallaro and the drummer Matteo Borsetto, fitting perfectly as new important pieces to the needs of the project. In the meanwhile Ilaria Buoso took the place of the first female singer, Elena Rosolin, thus completing the line-up.
The songs provided are taken from the demo "Coalesce", registered in april 2006 by Marco and Riccardo Paltanin and remastered in february 2008. Before the end of february, the band will most likely start the recording of the first full lenght album which is still untitled. The cd will contain 11 tracks for approximately 55 minutes of music. The songs will refine the black-death soul which permeated the first compositions and expand it to the largest possibilities of contaminations, thus respecting the evergreen moral of the band about musical research.
