5 EASY STEPS ... FROM THE ENROLMENT FORM TO YOUR FIRST SHOW!

In a few days, the Booking Department will contact you to arrange the first meeting between your band and your local Emergenza manager. Please note: the whole band has to be present at all meetings!

At the first meeting in one of our partner stores or in a local Emergenza office, the manager will explain to you what the festival is, how it works, the backline we provide, the prizes you can win and what's in it for your band.

At the end of the meeting, if you decide to take part in the Festival, the date of your first concert is confirmed and you pay the enrolment fee. Also the date of a technical meeting is arranged some days before the show to talk stage technicalities.

During the technical meeting your band and the Emergenza local manager go over all of your show's technical questions. Also the time of your soundcheck is confirmed, which will be the same day as your concert.

The big day! In the afternoon your band does the soundcheck, a few hours later it's showtime! Good Luck!

The Festival in 5 steps

In 150 cities across America and Europe, Emergenza provides a fully equipped stage, technical organization and promotion for your show.

Bands play a 30 minute set and proceed through various elimination rounds, with the opportunity to play in major international venues.

The audience selects the bands that proceed to the next round by an open vote. At the regional and national finals a professional jury selects the winners and awards the best musicians.

The winners of the national finals play at the international final in Germany.

The 'best band of the planet' wins a professional production, a sponsored tour, musical instruments and technical gear. The best musicians are awarded too.
