    The Zetas were, like most bands, formed by 2 friends with big ideas and several bottles of the devil water. In March 2008, aided with Bas Marijnen on drums, the group self recorded and released Matrimony, their debut EP, tracks from which got radio play on University radio stations. Since then they've played in some amazing venues, they've played in some shitholes, all the whilst drawing new faces into their fanbase to become a big name on the local scene. In Later 2008 the Zetas poached drummer Fred Carter who also shared love of big ideas and alcohol and the Zetas line up was complete. In 2009 they stand poised to spring onto bigger things, with more radio play, interviews, festival slots and a new record! ...watch this space...
