    MORPHOSYS represents straight, varied old school death metal. Ultra fast, mid-tempo, dragging-doomy - MORPHOSYS got it all. Black metal elements are present in their music as well as trash and heavy metal elements.

    MORPHOSYS is uncomparable, for they are unlike any other band, they got their very own style. Especially live on stage MORPHOSYS advance like a battle tank, pure devastating agression!


    After numerous concerts and festival appearances in Germany and foreign countries, MORPHOSYS are known as one of the upcoming bands from the Death Metal Underground in the future.

    MORPHOSYS shared stage with bands like Sodom, Entombed, Soul Demise, Naglfar, Eisregen, Illdisposed, Transilvanian Beat Club, Debauchery, Cryptic Wintermoon and Hollenthon.



    MORPHOSYS was formed in Regensburg, Germany, on 01.01.2002

    In December 2004 the official demo record was released, and shortly after, being a limited edition of 500 copies, it was sold out.

    On 01.08.2005, the sampler "Rebirth The Metal Vol.2" was released, featuring MORPHOSYS' song "Ode To My Chainsaw".

    On 15.06.2006, the sampler "Bands Battle 2006" was released, featuring MORPHOSYS' song "Gott Ist Das Böse".

    In April 2006 the EP "Der Blutmond" was recorded with Matthias Wimmer at Dragonstudios in Munich.
    Mastering and mixing took place at AEXXYS Art Studio Schwandorf by Stefan Fimmers, the bass player from NECROPHAGIST.
    The record was released by MORPHOSYS themselves on 01.11.2006.
    Press feedback was thoroughly positive, even euphoric.

    In July 2007, the song "The Fall Of Heaven" appeared on the sampler of G.U.C. magazine no.23.

    2009 The new album called "The Chopping Block" will be released in march 2009
