    After a performance on 27.06.07, Villian were looking for a new guitarist. The band composed of Patrick Link, Tobias Klüh, Adrian Happel and Jan Schonebeck had to find a replacement for Jan, who was going to leave the band due to relocation. They soon found the perfect candidate in Christian Molz, who became their new guitarist.

    After several appearances at band contests their own gigs soon followed. The first home page went online, a band logo was created and the bands sound gained in brand recognition.

    In May 2008, Villian released their first studio album: "In Rage and Tenderness - Part 1: In Tenderness". The CDs were sold out during the first couple of days and since then the band has been working on the second part of the "In Rage and Tenderness" album.
