The catching sound and beat of DAZ is the work of the Eigensatz Brothers, Mathis and Moritz, and of Peter Baracchi, their Drumer. Coming from the Province, they started off as a collegeband, playing Rock and Grunge, and by mixing their style with elements from British-American Guitar Pop, they soon drew much attention. With their natural feeling for the essential, they have successfully managed their career without the usual support of Major Record Labels and Management Companies. By the end of the Nineties, their style became more personal by constantly working on their approach to Rock and Pop. They also introduced English Songs accompanied by special sometimes even wild guitar play, which all led to a straightforward and fresh mix. By now they have performed in public over a hundred times.
